GENERAL

  • Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.

  • Early check-in or late check-out depends on hotel availability. Special arrangements can be made with the Front Desk in advance. Charges may apply.

  • Wireless internet access is free for all guests.

  • One car is allowed per guest at no charge. Guests must park in the stall marked with the corresponding room number. Nearby off-site parking is generally available.

  • Yes, we will gladly hold your bags at the Front Desk until you’re ready for them.

  • We offer a pack and play for infants, and juvenile cots for older kids with linens, blankets and pillows. We do not recommend adults use the cots. Please contact our Front Desk in advance should you require any of these items during your stay.

POLICIES

  • Reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to arrival for a full refund. Reservations canceled within 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged for the first night plus tax. If you do not arrive for your reservation, your credit card will be charged for the full length of stay plus tax. Please call our reservations team at (360) 201-2914 to make changes or cancellations.

  • Yes! We welcome canine guests with open arms and plenty of belly rubs. We provide food and water bowls, treats, and waste bags upon request. A well-lit pet relief area and dog run are conveniently located behind the building. Towels for pet use are available at the front desk, and we kindly ask that you wash your pups at our bike and dog wash station behind room 12. A $35 fee per pet applies.

  • No. This is a non-smoking property (this includes tobacco & marijuana). Any violation of the smoking policy indoors may incur up to a $1,000.00 additional “Smoke Damage” Cleaning Fee to remove smoke odors.

RESERVATIONS

  • Sales tax (9%), tourism tax (2%), and Whatcom County TPA ($3.00 per night) will be applied.

  • At check-in, there is a $75 per night hold for incidentals (up to $500 maximum).

  • Guests must be at least 21 years of age or older to reserve a room and check in.

  • No, our rooms are not ADA accessible.

AMENITIES

  • The Hub is our favorite gathering place (AKA Lobby), featuring a fireplace, lounge, coffee bar, craft Bellingham beers available for purchase, and various snacks. If you have a larger appetite, visit Amendment 21 at Hotel Leo, just a 5 minute drive away for craft cocktails, dinner and bar bites. Plus, guests receive 10% off on Jazz Brunch at Hotel Leo.

  • We do not offer room service, but we do offer stay over service upon request where we will make, or change the linens on your bed, change towels, empty and change garbage liners, vacuum and clean surfaces in your room.

  • We do not offer a fitness center, but we are less than a block from Beautiful Elizabeth Park where you can walk the park and enjoy the scenery.

  • While we do not have a dedicated business center, our Hub staff is available to help with printing needs.

  • Guests can contact the front desk team at least one week prior to arrival to reserve these services for an additional price dependent on the services requested.

  • Accounts can be settled at or before departure time. We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. We accept cash only upon checkout.

  • Inside the Hub (AKA Lobby) a team member will be happy to assist you.
